Analysis of a 10 kV Interval PT Disconnection Alarm Fault

文章对一起220 kV变电站内多个10 kV间隔发生PT断线告警信号的异常现象进行研究,结合电压互感器高、低压侧熔断器熔断的原因以及现场检查结果,得出本次事故原因为10 kV间隔电压回路为“手牵手”式接线,PT柜与相邻柜之间端子排接线松动。根据故障原因提出了在日常运维中的注意事项,以引起设备运维管理人员重视,在运维管理、维护定检等工作中做出技术改进,提高PT设备的安全稳定性,保证供电可靠。

An abnormal phenomenon of Pt disconnection alarm signal occurred in several 10 kV intervals in 220 kV substation was studied.Combining the causes of the fusing of the fuses on the high and low voltage sides of the voltage transformer and the on-site inspection results,it was concluded that the cause of this accident was that the 10 kV interval voltage circuit was"hand in hand"wiring,and the terminal block wiring between the PT cabinet and the adjacent cabinet was loose.According to the cause of the failure,the precautions in the daily operation and maintenance were put forward to attract the attention of the equipment operation and maintenance management personnel,and make technical improvements in the operation and maintenance management,maintenance and regular inspection,so as to improve the safety and stability of the PT equipment,and to ensure reliable power supply.
