摘要
耐张线夹是电力线路上重要的受力和导电设备,耐张线夹的压接质量直接影响了线路能否安全运行。传统的耐张线夹压接检测方法难以定量地对压接质量进行检测,且主要依靠人工识别,识别精度难以保证。因此,文章提出一种利用X摄像技术,使用程序定量检测耐张线夹压接质量的方法。通过验证可知,该方法能够有效识别压接缺陷,提高识别效率。
The strain clamp is an important force-receiving and conductive equipment on the power line.The crimp quality of the strain clamp directly affects the safe operation of the line.The traditional strain clamp crimp detection method is difficult to quantitatively detect the crimp quality,and mainly relies on manual identification,and the identification accuracy is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,a method to quantitatively detect the crimp quality of the tension clamp by using X-camera technology was proposed.The verification showed that this method could effectively identify crimping defects and improve the identification efficiency.
