摘要 为了解决高压配电柜长期受潮、凝露,使柜内环氧绝缘件吸潮,导致不可逆性能损伤,影响配电设备的安全运行问题,设计了一种基于微型压缩机的高压配电柜智能除湿装置。该装置具有手动、自动二种工作模式,核心电路及压缩机等关键部件配置了完善的自检及保护功能,并可通过无线通信接口进行远方遥控和遥测。该装置可外接辅助风机和加热器,通过优化的软件控制策略,极大地改善了柜内除湿效果,已得到了现场运行验证。 In order to solve the problem of long-term moisture and condensation of high-voltage power distribution cabinets,which will make the epoxy insulating parts in the cabinet absorb moisture,cause irreversible performance damage and affect the safe operation of power distribution equipment,an intelligent dehumidification device for high-voltage power distribution cabinets based on micro-compressors was designed.The device had two working modes:manual and automatic.Key components such as core circuits and compressors were equipped with complete self-checking and protection functions,and could be remotely controlled and measured through wireless communication interfaces.The device can be externally connected with auxiliary fans and heaters.Through optimized software control strategies,the dehumidification effect in the cabinet has been greatly improved,which has been verified by on-site operation.
