防爆LED高效照明在石化装置推广应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章对克石化公司使用的防爆照明灯具及路灯灯具进行了介绍,从灯具能耗、谐波、照度等方面分析了LED高效照明的优势,并对采用LED灯产生的经济效益进行测算。测算结果表明防爆LED灯推广使用后节能效果显著,且隔爆型LED照明灯具能够满足目前生产的亮度需求,故完全可以代替克石化各装置目前使用的灯具。 The explosion-proof lighting lamps and street lamps used in Kehua petrochemical company was introduced.The advantages of LED high-efficiency lighting were analyzed from the aspects of energy consumption,harmonics,illuminance,etc.,and the economic benefits of using LED lights were calculated.The calculation results showed that the explosion-proof LED lamp had a significant energy-saving effect after the promotion and use,and the explosion-proof LED lighting lamp could meet the brightness requirements of the current production,so it could completely replace the lamps currently used in Kehua petrochemical company.
