摘要
针对提升机老式电磁液压制动系统在副井运行中存在的问题,提出基于新型比例阀电液压可调闸装置的技改方案。改造后,提升机在运行时闸控线性度优良,运行平稳,安全性得到提高。
Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of the auxiliary shaft of the old-fashioned electromagnetic hydraulic braking system of the hoist,a technical improvement plan based on the new proportional valve electro-hydraulic adjustable gate device was proposed.After the transformation,the hoist had excellent gate control linearity,stable operation and improved safety during operation.
