开窍通脑汤对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者血小板参数及脑血流动力学的影响

The Influence of Decoction for Activating Brain for Resuscitation on Platelet Parameters and Cerebral Hemodynamics in Convalescent Patients with Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

目的:观察开窍通脑汤对缺血性脑卒中(cerebral ischemic stroke,CIS)恢复期患者血小板参数及脑血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2017年11月至2019年2月在本院就诊的CIS患者83例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组。对照组41例采用常规西医治疗,研究组42例在对照组治疗的基础上加服自拟开窍通脑汤。治疗3个月后分别检测两组患者治疗前、治疗第15天、治疗第90天血小板计数(platelet,PLT)、平均血小板体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)、血小板压积(platelet aggregation,PCT)、血小板分布宽度(platelet distribution width,PDW)及收缩期峰值流速(velocity of systolic,VS)、峰值平均血流速度(velocity of maximal,VM)、搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)。结果:对照组有效率为92.68%,研究组有效率为97.62%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组PLT、PCT明显高于对照组及本组治疗前、治疗第15天(P<0.05),MPV、PDW参数明显低于对照组及本组治疗前、治疗第15天(P<0.05);研究组VS、Vm明显高于对照组及本组治疗前、治疗第15天(P<0.05),PI明显低于对照组及本组治疗前、治疗第15天(P<0.05)。结论:开窍通脑汤可以改善缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者血小板相关参数,改善患者脑部供血情况。

Objective:To observe the influence of Decoction for Activating Brain for Resuscitation on platelet parameters and cerebral hemodynamics in convalescent patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods:A total of 83 patients with CIS treated in our hospital from November 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group.Among them,41 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while 42 cases in the study group were additionally given Decoction for Activating Brain for Resuscitation on the basis of the control group.Platelet(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet aggregation(PCT),platelet distribution width(PDW)and velocity of systolic(VS),peak velocity of maximum(VM)and pulsatility index(PI)were respectively measured before the treatment,on the 15 th day and on the 90 th day of treatment.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 92.68%,and that of the study group was 97.62%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PLT and PCT of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group and those of the same group before the treatment and those on the 15 th day of treatment(P<0.05),and the parameters of MPV and PDW were significantly lower than those of the control group,and those of the same group before the treatment and those on the 15 th day of treatment(P<0.05).The VS and VM of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group and those of the same group before the treatment and those on the 15 th day of treatment(P<0.05),and PI was significantly lower than that of the control group and that of the same group before the treatment and that on the 15 th day of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Activating Brain for Resuscitation can improve the platelet related parameters of patients with CIS in convalescent period,and improve the cerebral blood supply of patients.
