摘要
我国城市化建设快速发展,许多早期建设的石化企业与周边新建道路距离较近。若发生危化品泄漏燃爆事故,可能危及到道路上车辆人员的安全,所以提出了一种最坏可信事故场景的选择方法,并结合三维事故后果模拟分析方法,对某石化企业危化品罐区泄漏事故对临近道路影响进行预测分析,可真实预测企业危化品潜在泄漏事故后果影响,为石化企业风险分析、事故预测及应急预案制定提供参考。
With the rapid development of urbanization in China,many petrochemical enterprises built in the early stage were close to the surrounding new roads.If a leakage or explosion accident happened,the safety of the persons in the cars on the adjacent roads were threatened.A method for selecting the worst credible accident scene was proposed.In combination with the three-dimensional accident consequence simulation analysis method,the influence of leakage accident on the adjacent roads was predicted and analyzed.This research can truly predict the impact of the potential leakage accidents of hazardous chemicals in enterprises and provide the reference for risk analysis,accident prediction and emergency plan formulation.
