摘要
储罐自动计量系统以混合计量法为基础,根据油品密度分层情况建立油品质量计算模型,利用混合式处理器对所测液位、温度和密度数据进行换算,并结合储罐参数计算体积和质量,实现储罐基础数据在线准确测量,实现油品计量与数据管理的自动化。将储罐自动计量系统、人工取样测算以及质量流量计所测转输量进行比较,自动计量系统测量值更接近质量流量计测量值,满足油库计量要求规定小于0.15%的限定值。
The automatic metering system of the oil tank was based on the mixed-metering method.According to the situation of density stratification,the calculation model of oil quality was set up.The hybrid processor was applied to convert the measured liquid level,temperature and density data.The volume and quality were calculated by combining with the tank parameters,which realized the online accurate measurement of the basic data and the automation of oil metering and data management.The conveying capacity among the automatic metering system,manual sampling measurement and mass flowmeter were compared.The measured value of the automatic metering system was closer tothe measured value of the mass flowmeterwhich met the limit value of<0.15%specified in the metering requirements of oil depot.
