摘要 为建立有效的安全防控机制和集成化的风险评估管理系统,借助安全可靠性数据的数据联邦技术,PHAMS系统建立了基于保护层关联的装置动态风险分析、安全仪表智能定级验证技术与重大风险设施开展管控行动分析技术,以及基于累积频率的装置整体风险值计算模型,有效帮助石化企业解决装置、工程及全厂级风险值、风险清单无法量化评估的技术难题,并进一步实现对潜在风险事件的分析监控,建立全厂级风险控制系统。 With the help of data federation technology of safety and reliability data,risk analysis of devices based on protective layer association was established in PHAMS system.Intelligent grading verification technology of safety instruments,control analysis technology of facilities with major risks and calculation model of overall risk of devices based on cumulative frequency were studied and applied to solve the problems of risk value calculation of different levels and hard quantization of risk lists.This research further realized the analysis and monitoring of potential risk and built the risk control system at the whole plant level.
