血清白细胞介素-33在中枢神经系统疾病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 白细胞介素-33(IL-33)作为一种炎症因子,在心脑血管疾病、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤等多种疾病中发挥重要作用,尤其在中枢神经系统疾病中的研究是目前的热点。但在中枢神经系统部分疾病中,IL-33起到的作用仍有争议。本文查阅大量文献,阐述了IL-33在各类中枢神经系统疾病(包括4类颅内感染、2类脑血管疾病、2类认知障碍、抑郁症以及胶质瘤)中的发病机制与最新研究进展,以及其潜在的预测与治疗价值。 Interleukin-33(IL-33),as an inflammatory factor,plays an important role in diseases of cardiovascular system,digestive system,respiratory system,tumors and other diseases,especially in the central nervous system,which is the current hot spot.However,the function of IL-33 in some diseases of central nervous system remains controversial.This review explained the pathogenesis,latest research advances,the potential prediction and therapeutic value of IL-33 in kinds of central nervous system diseases(4 types of intracranial infection,2 kinds of cerebrovascular disease,cognitive impairment,depression and glioma were included)through consulting a lot of literature.
