早期饮水对气管插管全身麻醉术后患者口咽舒适度与胃肠道功能恢复的影响 被引量:3

Effect of early drinking water on oropharyngeal comfort and gastrointestinal function recovery of patients after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia

摘要 目的探讨早期饮水对气管插管全身麻醉术后患者口咽舒适度与胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年11月~2019年11月于我院经气管插管全身麻醉行手术治疗的98例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为A组和B组,每组各49例。A组术后早期饮水,B组术后常规禁饮。比较两组患者的口咽舒适度、胃肠道功能恢复情况、术后低血压及胃肠道不良反应发生情况。结果A组患者的口咽干燥、咽部疼痛评分以及口腔异味发生率均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者术后首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及首次排便时间均短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者术后低血压发生率低于B组(4.08%vs.18.37%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B两组患者胃肠道不良反应总发生率比较(16.34%vs.18.36%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气管插管全身麻醉术后早期饮水可改善口咽舒适度,促进胃肠道功能恢复,减少术后低血压发生,且不会增加胃肠道不良反应。 Objective To explore the effect of early drinking water on oropharyngeal comfort and gastrointestinal function recovery in patients after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.Methods Totally 98 patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into group A and group B by the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Group A drank water early and group B banned drinking after surgery.The oropharyngeal comfort,gastrointestinal function,postoperative hypotension,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The oropharyngeal dryness,pharyngeal pain scores and incidence rate of oral odor in group A were lower than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first exhaustion time,bowel sound recovery time,and first defecation time in group A were shorter than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative hypotension in group A was lower than that in group B(4.08%vs.18.37%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions between group A and group B(16.34%vs.18.36%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Early drinking water after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia can improve oropharyngeal comfort,promote gastrointestinal function recovery,reduce postoperative hypotension,and will not increase adverse reactions.
