医院后勤成本精细化管理探析

随着我国医疗模式的改革,人们对医疗技术、服务质量以及诊疗环境的要求也逐年升高,对医疗事业的发展带来了更大的挑战。但是由于部分医院缺乏完善的管理能力,导致其后勤成本明显升高。而随着医院后勤成本管理模式的创新,传统的粗放型管理模式也逐渐转向了标准化及精细化的模式,此种管理模式上的转变为医院节省了大量的人力、物力以及财力。将精细化管理用于医院后勤管理中,符合当前时代发展的需求,是解决当前人们日益增长的医疗卫生需求与落后的管理手段间矛盾的有效措施,只有将精细化管理理念引入到医院后勤管理中,才能改变当前落后的管理方式,实现管理与服务的统一,同时也能降低医院后勤管理成本。本文详细地探析了医院后勤成本精细化管理中存在的问题,并结合当前医院后勤管理的实际情况,对解决问题的措施进行分析,为精细化管理在医院后勤成本管理中的应用提供借鉴。

With the reform of medical model in China,people′s requirements for medical technology,service quality and diagnosis and treatment environment are also increasing year by year,which brings greater challenges to the development of medical career.However,due to the lack of perfect management ability in some hospitals,the logistics cost has increased significantly.With the innovation of hospital logistics cost management mode,the traditional extensive management mode has also changed to the standardized and refined mode gradually,which saves a lot of human,material and financial resources for the hospital.The use of refined management in hospital logistics management is in line with the needs of the current era.It is an effective measure to solve the contradiction between people′s growing medical and health needs and outdated management methods.Only by introducing the concept of refined management into the logistics management of hospital,can the current backward management methods be changed,to realize the unity of management and service,and reduce the hospital Logistics management cost.This paper analyzes the problems in the refined management of hospital logistics cost in detail,and analyzes the measures to solve the problems in combination with the actual situation of the current hospital logistics management,so as to provide reference for the application of refined management in the hospital logistics cost management.
