摘要
目的探讨情景模拟结合思维导图教学法在N1级护士护理核心制度培训中的应用。方法选取2017年6月~2019年6月在我院工作的64名N1级护士作为研究对象,按照培训方式的不同将其分成对照组和研究组,每组各32名。对照组采用传统教学法培训,研究组采用情景模拟结合思维导图教学法培训。比较两组护士培训5个月后的培训满意度评分、护士理论考核、单项操作考核以及综合素质考核达标率。结果研究组护士的培训满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前研究组护士的理论考核、单项操作考核以及综合素质考核达标率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组护士的理论考核、单项操作考核以及综合素质考核达标率均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,研究组护士的理论考核、单项操作考核以及综合素质考核达标率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在N1级护士护理核心制度培训中应用情景模拟结合思维导图教学法具有理想效果,可有效增强护士对学习的主动性,提高护士对教学培训的满意度,从而加深护士对护理核心制度的了解,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the application of scenario simulation combined with mind mapping teaching in the training of core nursing system for N1 nurses.Methods A total of 64 N1 nurses who worked in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the research group according to different training methods,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was trained by traditional teaching method,while the research group was trained by scenario simulation combined with mind mapping teaching.The training satisfaction scores,qualification rates of theoretical assessment,single operation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment of the two groups after 5 months training were compared.Results The training satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the qualification rates of the oretical assessment,single operation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment of the two groups before training(P>0.05).The qualification rates of the oretical assessment,single operation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment of the two groups after training were higher than those before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the qualification rates of theoretical assessment,single operation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation combined with mind mapping teaching in the core nursing system training for N1 nurses obtains an ideal effect,which can effectively enhance the initiative in learning,improve the satisfaction with teaching and training,and deepen the understanding of nurse on thecore nursing system.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
