摘要
目的观察微课联合基于问题的学习(PBL)教学模式在胆石症规培生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2015年9月~2019年9月于我院肝胆外科轮转的64名规培生作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各32名。实验组规培生采用微课联合PBL的教学方法,对照组规培生采用传统的教学方法。比较轮转结束后两组规培生的理论考试、实践技能考试成绩以及综合能力。结果实验组规培生的理论考试及实践技能考试成绩分别为(92.94±2.98)分和(92.31±1.91)分,高于对照组的(87.75±3.84)分和(89.13±2.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组规培生的自学能力、学习兴趣、实践能力、思维能力及理解能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课联合PBL教学方法能够提高规培生的理论及实践技能成绩,提高疾病诊疗的综合能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of micro-class combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in the teaching of cholelithiasis for standardized training students(STSs).Methods A total of 64 STSs who rotated in department of hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital from September 2015 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The experiment group was given micro-class and PBL teaching,while the control group was given traditional teaching method.After the rotation,scores of theoretical examination,practical skills test and comprehensive capacityof STSs were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination and practical skills test of the experimental group([92.94±2.98]points,[92.31±1.91]points)were higher than those of the control group([87.75±3.84]points,[89.13±2.52]points),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-learning ability,learning interest,practical ability,thinking ability and understanding ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of micro-class and PBL teaching can improve the theoretical and practical performance of STSs and enhance the comprehensive ability of disease diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application.
