新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全国蔓延,妇幼专科医院为做好肺炎防控工作,启动独立成栋,远离门诊楼、住院楼的感染楼,对医生、分诊护士进行专业培训,对预检分诊、发热门诊、隔离病房位置及岗位职责、工作流程、人员调配、培训考核、质量控制、预检分诊的个人防护等进行持续质量改进,确保发热门诊这一预防、预警机构排查传染性疾病任务的顺利进行,达到将发热患者集中诊治和管理的效果,改善了患者就诊环境,预防院内感染的发生。

The epidemic situation of COVID-19 has spread throughout the country.In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of pneumonia,maternal and children′s hospitals have started independent infection buildings,far away from outpatient and inpatient buildings,and carry out professional training for doctors and triage nurses.Continuous quality improvement was carried out in the aspects of pre-examination triage,fever clinic,isolation ward location and post responsibilities,work flow,personnel deployment,training and assessment,quality control,personal protection of pre-examination triage personnel,etc.It ensures the smooth progress of the task of prevention and early warning institutions for the prevention and early warning of infectious diseases,so as to achieve the effect of centralized diagnosis,treatment and management of febrile patients and improve the environment of patients,to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
