新冠肺炎医疗机构医院感染预防与控制策略

Strategies and measures for prevention and control of the COVID-19 in medical institutions

新冠肺炎正在全球范围内迅速传播,对全球公共卫生构成了巨大威胁,其病毒传播途径主要是包括飞沫传播、接触传播和气溶胶传播。新冠肺炎患者及参与救治的医务人员存在医院内交叉感染的风险。因此采取适宜的医院感染防控措施,对有效预防和控制医院感染的发生至关重要。重庆市第五人民医院是本次新冠肺炎救治定点医疗机构,本文结合我院在应对新冠肺炎医院感染防控实践,介绍了医院感染防控措施:主要包括病区规划、人员培训、隔离病区消毒管理、医疗废物管理、患者管理、新冠肺炎知识的宣传教育、健康指导、人文关怀、细节管理等方面,认真落实各项防控措施,减少新冠肺炎病毒传播的危险,有效降低新冠肺炎患者及医务人员感染的风险,防止医院感染的发生,实现了医务人员“零感染”的目标。

The ongoing COVID-19 outbreak has spread rapidly on a global scale and posed great threat to global public health.The virus mainly spreads via aerial droplets,direct contact and aerosol transmission.Patients and medical staff involved in the treatment all have the potential risk of cross infection in hospitals.Therefore,it was very important to take appropriate measures to prevent and control infection.The Fifth People′s Hospital of Chongqing is designated hospitals for COVID-19 treatment.Based on our former experience in preventing and controlling the COVID-19 in medical institutions,this essay mainly introduces some strategies and measures,including ward planning,staff training,disinfection isolation,medical waste management,etc.We implements various prevention and control measures strictly,which can reduce the risk of the spread of the new coronary pneumonia virus,lower the number of infectious patients and medical staff,prevent the occurrence of hospital infections,and achieve″zero infection″goal in the hospital.
