基于Maxwell的通电钨合金电流分布特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决钨合金的难加工问题,引入了在对钨合金加工过程中进行电脉冲辅助的方法,使工件产生电致塑性效应。文中分析了电致塑效应中存在的趋肤效应,并对其进性了理论分析,并基于Maxwell软件分别对圆柱棒料进行了不同直径、不同电流频率以及不同波形的电流密度分布仿真。仿真结果表明:(1)在相同条件下,随着工件横截面直径的增大,工件外层的电流越集中;(2)当只改变施加的电流频率时,并不会影响工件中电流的分布;(3)对于施加正弦波的工件电流分布具有明显的趋肤效应。 In order to solve the difficult problem of tungsten alloy machining,the method of electric pulse auxiliary in the process of tungsten alloy machining is introduced to produce the electroplastic effect.In this paper,the skin effect in electroplastic-induced effect is analyzed and then its progress is theoretically analyzed.Based on the Maxwell software,the current density distribution of cylindrical bar materials with different diameters,current frequencies and waveforms is simulated respectively.The simulation results show that:(1)Under the same conditions,with the increase of the cross section diameter of the workpiece,the current in the outer layer of the workpiece is more concentrated;(2)When only the applied current frequency is changed,the current distribution in the workpiece will not be affected;(3)It has obvious skin effect for the current distribution of the workpiece under sinusoidal wave.
