摘要
通过振动搅拌技术优化混凝土配合比,采用只减少水泥用量和减灰少水两种优化配合比方案,分析优化配合比后混凝土的工作性、抗压强度和耐久性,验证振动搅拌技术在混凝土搅拌中的优越作用。结果表明,在保证混凝土的工作性、抗压强度和耐久性满足要求的前提下,振动搅拌技术下优化后的配合比至少可以减少5%胶凝材料使用量,达到减少不必要的资源浪费和节约成本目的。
In this paper,the vibration mixing technology is used to optimize the concrete mix proportion;two optimal mixing schemes,namely reducing cement content and reducing ash and water,are adopted to analyze the workability,compressive strength and durability of the optimized concrete mix ratio,and verify the superior role of vibration mixing technology in concrete mixing.The results show that,under the premise of ensuring that the workability,compressive strength and durability of concrete meet the requirements,the optimized mix ratio under the vibration mixing technology can reduce the amount of cementitious materials by at least 5%,thus reducing the unnecessary waste of resources and saving costs.
