摘要
注塑模具短射故障产生原因复杂多样,目前企业解决该故障的方法大多是依靠经验进行定性分析,对故障产生的主次影响因素很难把握,给注塑模具短射故障的解决带来很大的障碍。针对这一问题,本文提出来一种基于改进AHP的注塑模具短射故障分析方法,首先建立注塑模具短射故障影响因素层次模型,然后利用三标度法建立影响因素比较矩阵,并进行一系列变换后,分析出各因素对注塑模具短射故障的影响率大小,找出注塑模具短射故障产生的主次原因,为企业决策提供科学依据。
The reasons for the short-shot failure of injection molds are complex and diverse;at present,most of the methods for enterprises to solve this failure rely on qualitative analysis based on experiences,yet it is difficult to grasp the primary and secondary factors influencing the failure obstacle.In response to this problem,this paper proposes a method for analyzing short-shot failures of injection molds based on the improved AHP.First,a hierarchical model of influencing factors for short-shot failures of injection molds is established;and then a three-scale method is used to establish a comparison matrix of influencing factors;after a series of transformation,the influence rate of various factors on the short-shot failure of the injection mold is analyzed,and the primary and secondary causes of the short-shot failure of the injection mold are found,so as to provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of the enterprises.
