海上风电基础单桩抬吊过程试验研究与分析

摘要 按主吊耳、翻身钳参与海上风电基础单桩抬吊形式缩小比例、搭建实物试验模型,通过对3种不同工况下实测主吊吊重、辅吊吊重与理论计算主吊吊重、辅吊吊重结果统计、绘图、对比分析,发现主吊抬升辅吊配合抬吊工况理论计算值与实测值相近似,随试验钢管同水平面夹角变化而变化的趋势相同;当翻身钳处试验钢管端面中心与水平面距离高于主吊耳处钢管端面中心与水平面距离时,无论是搁架作为支点还是主吊耳作为支点,随着试验钢管与水平面的夹角增大,辅吊吊重都会随之增加,并且有试验钢管从翻身钳钳口中滑落的风险。此试验结果可供海上风电基础桩抬吊方案选用抬吊装方式、起重设备的起重能力、翻身钳的承载能力及风险防范等方面参考。 In this paper,the reduced version of physical test model is established according to the participation form of the main lifting lugs and turn pliers in single pile hanging clamp of offshore wind power foundation.Through the statistics,drawing,comparison and analysis of the results of the measured main crane hoisting,auxiliary crane hoisting with the theoretical calculation of the main crane hoisting,auxiliary crane hoisting under three different conditions,it is found that the theoretical calculation values are approximate to the measured values under the main crane lifting and auxiliary hoisting condition,along with the same changing trend of the angle between the test steel tube and the horizontal plane;when the distance between the end center of test steel tube at the position of the turn pliers and the horizontal plane is higher than the distance between the end center of test tube at the position of the main lugs and the horizontal plane,whether the shelf is used as the fulcrum or the main lug as the fulcrum,the auxiliary crane hoisting weight will increase with the increase of the angle between the test tube and the horizontal plane,and there is the risk that the test tube will slip from the turn clamp pliers mouth.It can be used as a reference for the lifting scheme of offshore wind power foundation pile,such as lifting mode,lifting capacity of lifting equipment,carrying capacity of turning pliers and risk prevention.
