摘要
安全钳提拉机构是电梯重要安全子系统之一,是电梯的重要部件之一。阐述了限速器安全钳动作过程,着重分析了限速器惯性力、两种弹簧状况下提拉力的计算方法。同时关注了提升高度限速器惯性力的影响,以及弹簧限速器惯性力的影响,为电梯业界提供了设计方法及依据。
The safety actuation module system is one of the important safety subsystems of elevator and one of the critical components of elevator.n this article,the operating process of governor safety actuation is described,and the calculation methods of the governor inertia and lifting force under two spring conditions are emphatically analyzed.Meanwhile,the influence of lifting height on the governor inertia and the influence of the spring governor inertia are concerned,which offers the design method and basis for the elevator industry.
