摘要 针对钻井过程中产生的返排液污染环境问题,设计了一种压裂返排液分离处理装置,该装置具有沉淀、分离、回收的功能,实现了返排液不落地处理的要求。首先,根据返排液成分的物理特性进行总体方案设计;其次,根据总体方案进行结构设计,主要包括旋流除砂器、三相分离仓、回收仓、控制系统。该装置结构简单,具有沉淀、分离、回收的功能,实现了返排液不落地处理的要求,为解决钻井过程中环保污染问题提供参考和借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of environmental pollution caused by backflow fluid during drilling process,a kind of separation and treatment device for the fracturing backflow fluid is designed,which has the functions of precipitation,separation and recovery,and realizes the requirement of backflow fluid treatment without landing.Firstly,the overall scheme is designed according to the physical characteristics of the components of the backflow solution.Secondly,the structure is designed according to the overall scheme,which mainly includes cyclone desander,three-phase separation bin,recovery bin and the control system.The device is simple in structure,reliable in performance,and has the functions of precipitation,separation and recovery,so as to meet the requirement of non-stop treatment of the backflow liquid and provide references for solving the environmental protection problems in the drilling process.
