摘要 针对小型发电机定子和转子手工装配效率低,装配精度无法保证,工人劳动强度大的问题,设计一种由液压驱动、PLC控制的小型发电机可升降定转子自动插装机。重点介绍小型发电机可升降定转子自动插装机液压控制系统的工作原理及设计方案,通过实验验证,表明该液压控制系统满足小型发电机定转子装配要求,此次液压控制系统的设计可为后续的优化设计提供一定的参考依据。 Aiming at the problems of low manual assembly efficiency of stator and rotor of small generator,the assembly accuracy cannot be guaranteed,and the labor intensity of workers is high,an automatic insertion machine of small generator with lifting stator and rotor is designed in this paper,which is driven by hydraulic pressure and controlled by the PLC.The working principle and design scheme of hydraulic control system in the automatic insertion machine for small generator with lifting stator and rotor are introduced emphatically.The experimental verification shows that the hydraulic control system meets the requirements of small generator stator and rotor assembly.The design of the hydraulic control system can provide a certain reference for the subsequent optimized design.
