摘要
为解决105℃环境温度下的阀门驱动问题,开发出了高温型电动执行机构。将电动执行机构的机械驱动单元和终端控制单元分离,对机械驱动单元进行了耐高温设计,将终端控制单元放置在一个环境较好且适应人员操作的地方。高温型电动执行机构在105℃环境温度下性能测试全部满足标准要求,批量产品经过客户现场的长期使用,达到了可靠、安全、稳定的要求。
In order to solve the problem of valve drive in 105℃,a type of high-temperature electric actuator is developed in this paper.The mechanical driving unit and the terminal control unit in a electric actuator is separated;then the mechanical driving unit is designed for high temperature,while the terminal control unit is placed in a good environment where people can operate conveniently.After a number of actuators have been tested in 105℃,all the performance results meet the standard.A lot of actuators have been used reliably,safely and steadily by the customers.
