摘要
为保证自动拆装过程的稳定性、精确性和快速性,设计了一种基于可编程控制器(PLC)的刮板链自动拆装控制系统。对刮板链条自动拆装设备进行了整体结构分析,对拆装结构详细说明,根据生产线的控制要求,给出了系统的控制方案,详细阐述了PLC硬件选型及其相关扩展模块。该系统通过刮板链自动拆装设备,进行了PLC硬件和软件设计,完成了刮板链条自动拆装的过程控制,实现了刮板到位、液压缸及变频牵引装置的精确位置控制以及螺丝的拆卸与紧固,使用可编程控制器(PLC)控制实现了生产线的连续自动运行。刮板链条自动拆装过程中的稳定性、精确性和快速性能够满足生产要求。
To improve the stability,accuracy and speed of the scraper,a type of automatic disassembly control system for scraper chain based on the programmable logic controller(PLC)is designed in this paper.The entire structure of automatic disassembly equipment of scraper chain is analyzed,and the disassembly structure is explained in detail;the control system is designed according to the requirements of assembly line;besides,the PLC hardware selection and the other relevant modules are illustrated.With the combination of hardware and software,the process control of automatic disassembly and assembly of scraper chain is completed through the automatic disassembly equipment of scraper chain;thus this system could ensure the scraper,hydraulic cylinder and frequency conversion traction device work accurately and achieve continuous automatic operation of the assembly line by using the PLC control.Moreover,the stability,accuracy and rapidity in the process of automatic disassembly and assembly of scraper chain can meet the production requirements and greatly improve the production efficiency.
