一种纱车二维码码牌自动清洗装置的设计

摘要 为提高清理效率,达到自动化清理的目的,降低安全隐患,实现“降本增效”的目标,提出了二维码码牌清理装置的设计计算方案。详细讲述了设计该装置的背景和意义,对重要机构系统进行分析设计,给出了装置的工作状态和PLC电路控制原理。该自动化装置推广使用后,除节约一定的资金外,还提高了读码效率。经试验,读码效率由90%提高到了97%。提高了清理效率,达到自动化清理的目的,有一定的市场推广价值。 In order to improve cleaning efficiency,achieve the purpose of automatic cleaning,reduce safety hazards,and realize the original intention of"reducing cost and increasing efficiency",the design and calculation scheme of two-dimensional code card cleaning device is put forward in this paper.The background and significance of designing the device is described in detail,the important mechanism system is analyzed and designed,and the working state of the device and PLC circuit control principle are then provided.After the application of the automatic device,it not only saves some money,but also improves the efficiency of code reading.After testing,the efficiency of reading code increases from 90%to 97%.It improves the cleaning efficiency,achieves the purpose of automatic cleaning,and has certain market promotion value.
