摘要
翅片式散热器在执行器的控制元件散热领域被广泛应用。针对定制型的翅片式散热器设计,对散热器的四种关键尺寸进行了多参数优化仿真,以质量最小为目标,以温升为约束,同时考虑铸造工艺影响,设计出了温升满足设计要求且质量最优的翅片散热器,经实验测量,仿真与试验结果吻合较好,有效降低研发成本、缩短研发周期。
The finned radiator is widely used in the field of heat dissipation of actuator control components.For the design of customized finned radiator,in this paper,the four key dimensions of the radiator is simulated by the multi-parameter optimization;using minimal mass as the objective function and the temperature rise as the constraint condition,and considering influence of the casting technology,a finned radiator with optimal mass and temperature rise is designed.Through the experimental measurement,the simulation result is in good agreement with the experimental result,which would effectively reduce the development cost,and shorten the development cycle.
