欠发达地区高职专业现代学徒制模式的实践与完善——以陇南师专机电一体化专业为例

Practice and Improvement of Modern Apprenticeship Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges in Underdeveloped Areas—Taking Mechatronics Major of Longnan Normal College as an Example

《国务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》中指出,在技术性、实践性较强的专业,全面推行现代学徒制和企业新型学徒制。在陇南师专所处的欠发达地区推进现代学徒制培养模式,存在一定的困难。通过改革,有效提高现代学徒制专业人才培养质量。

“Several opinions of the General Office of the State Council on deepening the integration of industry and education”pointed out that modern apprenticeships and new apprenticeships for enterprises should be comprehensively implemented in the professions with strong technicality and practicality.It is very difficult to promote the modern apprenticeship mode in an underdeveloped place such as Longnan Teachers College.Through the reform,the quality of modern apprenticeship professional personnel training will be effectively improved.
