酵母菌的种群数量增长实验是高中生物教学中的一个综合性探究实验,是课程标准要求中的重要部分。旨在引导学生尝试建立“培养液中酵母菌种群数量的变化”的数量模型,以此探索酵母菌种群的数量特征和变化规律,并在此基础上探究不同培养条件对酵母菌种群数量的影响,总结出以不同培养条件下酵母菌种群数量的变化数学模型。

The experiment of yeast population growth is a comprehensive inquiry experiment in biology teaching in senior high school,and it is an important part of the curriculum standard.This paper is to guide students to try to establish a quantitative model of“the change of yeast population in culture medium”,so as to explore the quantitative characteristics and change law of yeast population.On this basis,it explores the effects of different culture conditions on the number of yeast population,and summarize the mathe-matical model of the change of yeast population under different culture conditions.
