摘要 目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的证候特点,为临床诊断和防治提供参考。方法:在28份新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医防治方案中,整理出新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床表现,录入Excel工作表建立数据库。对数据进行二分类处理,统计症状的频数和频率,然后将频率>17%的症状作为变量导入Jupyterlab,采用sklearn中的聚类分析对数据进行KMeans聚类分析。结果:新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医四诊信息可以聚为3类:肺热移肠证,心阳虚脱合心血瘀阻证,寒湿困脾证。病性类证候要素5个,分别是湿、寒、瘀、虚、热;病位类证候要素4个,分别是心、肺、脾、大肠。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎病因以湿毒为主,病性以湿热为主,病位主要在肺脾,疾病后期影响心主血脉的功能,甚则导致心阳暴脱。 Objective:To explore the syndrome characteristics of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)and provide information for clinical diagnosis and prevention.Methods:In 28 TCM prevention and treatment plans for COVID-19,the clinical manifestations of COVID-19 were sorted out,checked and entered into Excel,and a database was established.The database data were classified into two categories,the frequency and frequency of symptoms were counted,and then the symptoms with frequency>17%were imported into Jupyterlab as variables,and the data were analyzed by KMeans cluster analysis in sklearn.Results:COVID-19 information of four TCM diagnostic methods can be grouped into 3 categories:lung heat shifting bowel syndrome,heart yang collapse and blood stasis syndrome,cold dampness and spleen syndrome.According to the results,it can be divided into five disease syndrome elements,namely,wet,cold,blood stasis,deficiency and heat;four syndrome elements of disease location are heart,lung,spleen and large intestine.Conclusion:The main cause of COVID-19 is damp and toxin.The main cause of the disease is damp heat.The main position of the disease is in the lung and spleen,and the heart affects the heart at the later stage of the disease,causing the heart yang collapse and the internal blood stasis.
