浅析肾胀

Analysis of Kidney Distension

肾胀乃至五脏六腑胀的产生责之于脏腑本虚,营卫失调,寒气与逆气相合,入脏入腑,属本虚标实之证。其主要症状是腹部胀满,连及背部,精神困倦,腰骶部僵硬肿胀,脉坚而涩。治疗肾胀当以温肾为基,方如温经汤、肾气丸之辈,或运用针刺、汤药,扶正祛邪,补虚泻实,调和阴阳,温肾阳以散寒、行气、利水、止痛。

The distension of the kidneys and even the distension of the five zang viscera and six fu viscera is responsible for the deficiency of zang-fu viscera,disharmony between yingfen and weifen,causing the combination of cold and reversed flowing of qi entering zang-fu viscera.It belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Its main symptoms are abdominal and back distension,mental sleepiness,lumbosacral stiffness and distension.Pulse manifestation is hard and astringent.The treatment of kidney distension should be based on warming the kidney,such as Wenjing Decoction and Shenqi Pill,or use acupuncture and decoction to strengthen the body and eliminate pathogenic qi,tonify deficiency and reduce excess,regulate yin and yang,and warm kidney yang to disperse cold,promote qi,promote water and relieve pain.
