快递小哥职业发展研究——以福州市S镇调查为例

Study of Career Development of Delivery Men:A Case Study of S Town in Fuzhou City

以福州某京东快递营业部为例,实地调查快递小哥生存与职业发展情况,发现职业认同感不强、企业人力资源投入有限、客户缺少关怀与理解、政府政策有待落实等因素影响了快递小哥职业发展,并从快递员自身、快递行业、政府、社会舆论等四个方面提出促进快递小哥职业发展的对策建议。

A Jingdong delivery post in Fuzhou is taken as a case for the field investigation to reveal the living situation and career development of the delivery men. It is found that such factors have affected the delivery men’s career development as their weak occupation identity, limited investment on human resources from the enterprises, customers’ lack of understanding and the delay of implementing supporting policy of the government. Proposals are put forth in four perspectives--the delivery men themselves, the delivery industry, governments and the public opinions and attitudes to promote the career development of delivery men.
