多总线接口终端的摊铺机远程监控系统研究 被引量:9

摘要 为解决在远程监控中传统数据采集传送单元无法适应摊铺机中多接口通讯的问题,设计了一种基于多总线通讯接口的数据采集与传输终端及其摊铺机远程监控系统。该系统以STM32和通信MC20模块为硬件核心,设计了CAN、RS232及RS485的多总线通讯接口的终端,利用嵌入式系统的多任务调度与管理机制,实现了多总线接口数据实时采集与异构通信网络协议的转换,并通过MC20上传监控中心。在远程监控中心端,采用ASP.Net与SQL Server 2005设计了基于B/S架构的远程监控系统软件,并进行了室内数据采集传输与远程监控实验。实验结果表明,系统能够实现远端通过浏览器对设备的运行状态、位置轨迹等实时监控。该研究为其他多接口设备的远程监控提供了依据。 To solve the problem that data transmission unit can’t adapt to the multi-interface communication during paver remote monitoring, a data transmission terminal and remote monitoring system is designed. STM32 and MC20 were used as the kernel component of hardware system, the terminal and multi-bus interface communication protocol is designed. With the help of multi-task scheduling and management of embedded system, the real-time data collection of multi-bus interface and the transformation of heterogeneous communication network protocol were realized. and the monitoring center is uploaded through the MC20. At the remote monitoring system ASP.Net and SQL Server 2005 is used to design remote monitoring software based on B/S architecture. Data acquisition and remote monitoring experiments were carried out. The test show that the system can realize real-time monitoring of the running state and position track of the device through browser. This study provides a basis for remote monitoring of other multi-interface devices.
