摘要 黄芩作为传统的清热燥湿中药,广泛应用于我国中医学领域。黄芩所含化学成分丰富,包括黄酮类、挥发油、酚酸类、苯乙醇、微量元素等。因其具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效,传统上常用于治疗肺热咳嗽、咯血、黄疸、湿温、暑湿,胸闷呕吐等疾病。研究表明,黄芩除具有利尿、解热、止咳平喘、保胎等药理活性外,还具有抗菌、保肝、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、心脑血管保护、神经系统保护等多种药理活性。对黄芩的化学成分及药理活性进行综述,在此基础上进一步探究其药效物质基础,为更好的开发利用黄芩提供参考和思路。 Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,as a TCM for clearing away heat and drying dampness,is widely used in the field of Chinese medicine in China.The chemical compositions are copious in S.baicalensis,including flavonoids,volatile oils,phenolic acids,phenylethanol,trace elements and so on.It is traditionally used to treat cough with lung heat,hemoptysis,jaundice,damp-warm syndrome,summer heat-dampness,chest distress and vomiting due to its effects of clearing away heat and drying dampness,purging fire and detoxifying,hemostasis and tocolysis.The study showed that S baicalensis exhibited the effects of diuresis,antipyretic,relieving cough,relieving fever and fetal protection,etc.Besides,it also found a few of new effects,such as antibacterial,hepatoprotective,antitumor,antioxidant,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection,nervous system protection and so on.In this paper,the chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of S.baicalensis were summarized,and its therapeutic material basis was discussed based on the summary,which could provide reference and thinking for better development and utilization of S.baicalensis.
