摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定玉叶金花中16种重金属元素。方法:采用微波消解法联合ICP-MS法,以钪、锗、铑、铟、铋为内标元素,采用KED模式对样品中重金属元素的含量进行测定。结果:16种重金属元素具有良好的线性关系,线性系数(r)均大于0.9992,重复性测试RSD小于2.5%,精密度测试RSD为0.91%~3.7%,回收率为85.6%~109.4%。结论:该方法准确度高,重复性好,灵敏度强,操作简便,可为玉叶金花中重金属的测定与控制提供参考依据。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 16 heavy metal elements in Mussaenda pubescens Ait.f.by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods:The microwave digestion combined with ICP-MS was used with Sc,Ge,Rh,In and Bi as the internal standard elements,and KED pattern was used to determine the contents of heavy metal elements.Results:Totally 16 heavy metal elements all had a good linear relationship and the linear coefficients(r)were greater than 0.9992.The RSDs for repeatability test were less than 2.5%,and those for precision test were 0.91%-3.7%,and the recoveries were between 85.6%and 109.4%.Conclusion:The method has high accuracy,good repeatability,high sensitivity and simple operation,which can provide reference for the determination and control of heavy metal elements in Mussaenda pubescens Ait.f.
