摘要
2014年中国流动人口动态监测数据显示:住房负担对流动人口与户籍人口心理健康状况均有显著的负向影响,而住房产权对其心理健康具有积极作用,拥有住房产权可以缓解住房负担过重对心理健康造成的不利影响。似无相关模型检验发现,住房负担及住房产权对流动人口与户籍人口心理健康的影响具有异质性,住房负担对户籍人口的心理健康水平负面影响更显著,住房产权对流动人口心理水平的促进作用更明显。因此,政府可以考虑适当增加土地供给,出台相关政策稳定房价,缓解居民住房负担,大力发展经济适用房、共有产权房,充分发挥住房产权对居民心理健康的积极作用,提高我国居民的心理健康水平。
Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in 2014,it is found that the housing burden has a significant negative effect on the mental health of the floating population and the registered population,and housing tenure has a positive effect on people’s mental health.The moderating effect of housing tenure can alleviate the adverse effects of excessive housing burden on mental health.Through the test of seemingly unrelated model,it is found that the housing burden and the effect of housing burden on mental health of two groups are different,and the negative effect of housing burden on mental health of registered population is more significant.The housing tenure promotes the psychological level of the floating population more obviously.Therefore,the government can consider appropriately increasing land supply,introduce relevant policies to stabilize the housing price,ease the housing burden of residents,vigorously develop affordable housing and housing with common property rights,give full play to the positive role of housing tenure,improving the mental health level of population.
