摘要
为实现列车车轮不圆度测量过程中的数据快速测量和传输,提出一种基于无线网络传输模块的车轮不圆度激光测量仪数据传输方法,实现了车轮激光不圆度测量仪与数据库之间的无线连接。该系统可对测量数据进行实时、快速传输,为构建列车车轮不圆度测量数据库提供了重要的支撑;利用该系统可实现车轮不圆度测量数据的快速分析,通过所构建的数据库系统可对现场测量数据进行实时动态管理,实现了车轮不圆度测量数据的远程控制与管理。
In order to realize the data fast measurement and transmission in the process of measuring the wheel out-of-roundness,a data transmission method of wheel laser out-of-roundness measuring instrument based on wireless network transmission module was proposed,which realizes the wireless connection between the wheel laser out-of-roundness measuring instrument and the database.This system can transmit quickly the measured data in real time,which provides an important support for the construction of the measurement database of the wheel out-of-roundness of the train.The system can be used to realize the rapid analysis of the wheel out-of-roundness measurement data.The database system can be used for real-time dynamic management of on-site measurement data,and realizes remote control and management of wheel out-of-roundness measurement data.
