摘要
在“双一流”建设背景下,为建设高水平本科教育、适应新时代人才培养需要,提高实验室建设水平,急需构建新型实验室建设项目绩效评价体系,促进实验室建设项目绩效考评的科学性和导向性。层次分析法作为一种系统评价方法,具有要素清晰、定性分析与定量判断相结合、科学性和客观性强的优点。采用层次分析法对高校实验室建设项目绩效评价要素进行分解分析,经过征询专家意见和调研实践,建立了基于AHP的高校实验室建设项目绩效评价模型。经过校实验室建设项目绩效评价工作的实践,该评价体系可提高评价结果的客观性及准确度,较好指导实验室建设项目目标设定和内容实施,在提升实验室建设水平、发挥实验室建设项目的综合效益上有重大作用,对完善高校实验室建设项目绩效评价指标体系具有较强的借鉴意义。
Under the background of“double first-class”construction,in order to build a high-level undergraduate education,meet the needs of personnel training in the new era,and Improve the level of laboratory construction,it is urgent to build a new performance evaluation system of laboratory construction projects to promote the scientificity and guidance of performance evaluation of laboratory construction projects.As a systematic evaluation method,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)has the advantages of clear elements,combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative judgment,scientific and objective.In this paper,the AHP is used to decompose and analyze the performance evaluation elements of university laboratory construction project.After consulting experts’opinions and research practice,the performance evaluation model of university laboratory construction project based on AHP is established.Through the practice of performance evaluation of laboratory construction projects in authors’university,the evaluation system can improve the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation results,better guide the goal setting and content implementation of laboratory construction projects,play an important role in improving the level of laboratory construction,giving full play to the comprehensive benefits of laboratory construction projects,and improving the performance evaluation index system of university laboratory construction projects.It has a strong reference significance.
