高校设备管理信息化风险防控体系的构建

Establishment of Risk Precaution Control System in University Equipment Informatization and Management

随着信息化建设的推进,信息化管理在风险防控中的作用日益凸显。为充分发挥信息化管理在学校设备管理风险防控中的作用,针对高校在信息化管理中存在的缺陷与不足,构建了信息化风险防控平台。围绕信息化管理平台,重构内部管理机制,完善管理制度,细化工作要求;强化线下专项管理与法律服务等专业化风险防范措施,有效促进信息化管理手段和管理机制有机结合,实现线上线下互补。

With the advance of information construction,the role of informatization management in risk precaution control has become increasingly prominent.To make full use of the function of informatization management in risk precaution control over school equipment management,and to make up for the drawbacks or defects that existed in university informatization management,platforms for information-based risk prevention and control should be constructed.Centering on the construction of the platforms,internal management system should be reconstructed,management system should be perfected,and job requirement should be detail-oriented.And it is essential to intensify the risk prevention measures of off-line special management and legal service and so on,so as to effectively promote the dynamic integration of informatization management tool and management mechanism,and make it supplement each other online and offline.
