摘要
悬挂农具拖拉机在运输状态时,拖拉机整机振动模型物理参数多,设计目标和设计参数难以匹配。文中基于ADAMS虚拟样机技术,针对CF700型拖拉机考虑农具与拖拉机悬挂连接特性,把悬挂机构上拉杆视为柔性元件,用连接刚度和阻尼来模拟柔性元件动态特性,建立带有农具拖拉机的虚拟样机模型。运用灵敏度方法选择设计参数,分别以整机座椅垂向振动和俯仰振动为设计目标对机身轮胎刚度和阻尼动力学参数匹配研究,然后对连接动力学参数进行匹配研究。参数匹配结果表明,整机模型的仿真结果与试验结果相对误差小于5%,匹配模型计算精度较高。
The physical parameters of the whole tractor’s vibration model are too complex to match the design objectives and parameters when the tractor with suspended farming tools is in the state of transport.In this article,based on the ADAMS virtual prototype,with the suspension-connection characteristics of the CF700 tractor and its farming tools taken into account,the upper tie rod of the suspension mechanism is regarded as a flexible component.The dynamic characteristics of the flexible components are simulated by means of connecting stiffness and damping,and the virtual prototype model of the CF700 tractor with farming tools is set up.The design parameters are selected by means of the sensitivity method.The analysis is conducted on the matching of the fuselage tire’s stiffness and damping dynamic parameters,with the vertical and pitch vibration of the whole seat as the design objectives,and then the matching of the connection-based dynamic parameters is explored.The results of parameter matching show that the relative error between the simulation results and the experimental results of the whole tractor’s model is less than 5%,and the matching model enjoys a higher standard of accuracy in calculation.
