摘要
针对某火炮所采用的负游隙交叉滚子轴承,运用工程上成熟的Palmgren线接触经验公式建立力学模型并搭建有限元刚度计算模型,研究负游隙对该轴承在承受轴向、径向和翻转方向载荷作用时的刚度特性的影响,并对比两种方法的结果以相互验证。分析结果表明,由于负游隙的存在,受载滚子个数将随载荷增大而减少,在滚子脱离接触及受载滚子接触面积增大的共同作用下各方向刚度将先减小后增大;负游隙在一定载荷范围内能显著提高各方向刚度,载荷过大时则无明显影响。
In this article,for the artillery negative-clearance cross roller bearing,the Palmgren line-contacting empirical formula which is sophisticated in terms of engineering is adopted to set up both the mechanical model and the finite-element model for calculating the stiffness.In addition,the influence of negative clearance on the stiffness characteristics of the cross roller bearing with the axial,radial and reversal loads is explored,and the results are compared to complement each other.The results show that due to the existence of negative clearance,the number of loaded rollers decreases with the ever-growing load,and the stiffness in all directions decreases first and then increases with the disengagement of rollers and the ever-growing contact area of loaded rollers.Negative clearance significantly improves the stiffness in all directions within a certain range of load,but it has no obvious effect when the load is too large.
