基于网络评论数据的无线耳机舒适性研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探索影响无线耳机舒适性的工业设计要素,基于网络评论研究方法,采用爬虫技术获取无线耳机的网络评论,通过语义分析构建了无线耳机舒适性评价词语集,对网络评论进行舒适性评价编码,提取了材质因素、佩戴因素和质量因素作为无线耳机的工业设计要素,并分组统计舒适性评价频数。研究得出:3个工业设计要素对佩戴舒适性和佩戴稳定性均有显著影响。硅胶材质、半入耳式、质量较轻的无线耳机佩戴舒适性较优,但佩戴稳定性较差。为使无线耳机的佩戴舒适性和佩戴稳定性达到最佳,需综合考虑无线耳机工业设计要素的选择。基于网络评论数据获取用户需求的研究方法可为其他产品的舒适性设计提供参考。 In order to explore industrial design factors that influencing comfort of wireless headphones,web comments were obtained using crawler technology based on web comments method.A set of comfort evaluation words was established for wireless earphone using semantic analysis.The comfort evaluation of web comments were encoded,extracting material factor,wear factor and quality factor as industrial design elements of wireless earphone.The frequency of comfort evaluation was grouped and counted.The research showed that three industrial design elements had significant influence on wear comfort and wear stability.The lightweight,half-in wireless earphones made of silica gel were more comfortable but less stable to wear.The choice of wireless earphone industrial design element should be considered comprehensively for the optimal wearing comfort and wearing stability.The user requirement study method could provide references for comfort study of other products based on web comment data.
