摘要
为研究回转式空气预热器蓄热元件流动与传热特性,采用Fluent软件对3种搪瓷蓄热元件进行数值模拟,获得蓄热通道速度、温度、压力云图及不同雷诺数下努塞特数和阻力系数的变化图像。模拟结果表明:3种板型蓄热元件阻力系数随雷诺数的增加而减小,努塞特数随雷诺数的增加而增加;增加斜波纹的蓄热元件传热性能提高,流动阻力增大,波纹参数是影响蓄热元件流动阻力的重要因素,壁面温度对其影响较小。该结果可为回转式空气预热器蓄热元件的优化设计提供参考依据。
To study the flow and heat transfer characteristics of heat storage elements of rotary air preheater,three kinds of enamel regenerative elements are numerically simulated by Fluent software,and the change images of velocity,temperature,pressure and Nusselt number and resistance coefficient at different Reynolds numbers are obtained.The results show that,with the increase of Reynolds number,the resistance coefficient of the above three kinds of plate type regenerators decreases and the Nusselt number increases.The heat transfer performance and the flow resistance of the regenerator increases with the inclined ripple.The ripple parameter is an important factor affecting the flow resistance of the regenerator,and wall temperature has little effect on it.The results can provide reference for optimal design of regenerative elements of rotary air preheaters.
