摘要
为满足环保要求,火电厂逐步实现了对煤场的全封闭改造,对大型火电机组储煤场高效储煤与配煤掺烧提出了全新的要求。本文在分析配煤掺烧相关参数指标和技术的基础上,针对气膜封闭煤场提出了相应的掺配方案,并结合某火电厂储煤场气膜封闭改造工程实例,介绍了气膜结构形式下的配煤掺烧方案及设计成果。结果表明,采用气膜封闭煤场和合适的配煤掺烧技术,完全可以实现电厂灵活多样的掺烧方法,满足安全、环保及灵活配煤掺烧需求,保持原有燃料及燃烧的经济指标。
To meet the requirement of environmental protection,thermal power plants have gradually realized completely closed transformation of coal yard,which puts forward new requirements for high-efficiency coal storage and blending of coal in coal yard of large thermal power units.On the basis of analyzing relevant parameters and technologies of coal blending and burning,this paper discusses the technology of gas film closed coal yard in detail,puts forward the detailed blending scheme of gas film closed coal yard,and introduces the blending and burning scheme and design results in the form of gas film structure combined with the example of a coal storage yard gas film closed reconstruction project in a thermal power plant.The results show that,the technology of gas film closed coal yard and proper coal blending can fully realize flexible and diverse blending methods of the power plant,meet the requirements of safety,environmental protection and flexible coal blending,and maintain the economic indicators of original fuel and combustion.
