《素问玄机原病式》五运六气学术思想探析 被引量:7

摘要 探讨刘完素《素问玄机原病式》五运六气学术思想之精要。其撮《内经》之要,发展《内经》运气病机之理论,首创“燥”气病机一条。摒弃传统运气机械推演形式,倡导“类推运气造化之理”。采用“比物立象”之法,以五运六气为纲,将病症分为“五运主病”“六气为病”,阐明脏腑病症生化之律,详论天地自然运化之理。对《内经》“亢害承制”论提出新见解,治病重视六气标本之化。传承发展了五运六气理论,促进了运气理论在中医临床中的应用,对后世医家学者产生了深远的影响。 This paper discussed on deep meaning of the academic thought of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of Liu Wansu’Exploration to Pathogenesis in Plain Questions.It adopted the main parts of Huangdi Neijing,and in which it developed the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors pathogenesis.Liu Wansu suggested a pathogenesis of dryness initially,which abandoned the traditional five evolutive phases and six climatic factors mechanical deduction form,and advocated the truth of similar to five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.He divided into five evolutive and six qi for the disease in the method of setting an image by comparing objects based on the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.It showed the regularity of the occurrence and change of viscera diseases,and elaborated the truth of nature.He put forward a new opinion on the restraining excessiveness to acquire harmony of Huangdi Neijing.In treating diseases,the transformation of manifestation and root cause of the six climatic factors was emphasized.It inherited and developed the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,and promoted the application of the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in TCM clinic.It has had a profound influence on later medical scientists and scholars.
