益气升阳泻火方治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

Clinical study of Yiqi Shengyang Xiehuo Decoction on recurrent oral ulceration

目的探讨益气升阳泻火方治疗气虚火热型复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及机制。方法选取气虚火热型复发性口腔溃疡患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用益气升阳泻火方治疗,对照组采用康复新治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果;比较2组患者治疗前后血清中TGF-β1和IL-2的含量变化。结果治疗组有效率为95%,对照组有效率为73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者血清中TGF-β1含量与治疗前相比出现下降趋势,IL-2含量有上升趋势,治疗组患者血清中TGF-β1含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-2含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气升阳泻火方法能够有效治疗气虚火热型复发性口腔溃疡,其机制可能与降低患者血清中TGF-β1和升高IL-2有关。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Shengyang Xiehuo Decoction on recurrent oral ulcer and its underlying mechanism.Methods A total of 120 cases of recurrent oral ulcer patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid,the trial group was treated with Yiqi Shengyang Xiehuo Decoction.The effect of the two groups were compared.ELISA method was used to detect the changes of TGF-β1 and IL-2 detection.Results The effective rate of the trial group was 95%,the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum TGF-β1 content in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the IL-2 content was increased.The content of TGF-β1 in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the IL-2 content was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Shengyang Xiehuo Decoction can treat recurrent oral ulcer effectively and its underlying mechanism might be to decrease the serum content of TGF-β1 and increase the serum content of IL-2.
