玻璃体腔注射conbercept联合手术治疗对增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者RBP4、IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响

Effect of intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with surgical treatment on the levels of RBP4,IL-6 and TNF-αin patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy

目的探究玻璃体腔注射conbercept联合手术治疗对增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者RBP4、IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法选择PDR患者60例(73只眼),根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与研究组。对照组均给予玻璃体切割术进行治疗,研究组辅助玻璃体腔注射conbercept进行治疗,对比2组的视力水平、手术时间、电凝止血率、血清IL-6、TNF-α、RBP4水平变化。结果治疗后,2组的视力水平均比治疗前显著改善,且研究组更优;研究组手术时间、手术出血率均显著优于(少于)对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的血清IL-6、TNF-α、RBP4水平均比治疗前显著降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射conbercept联合手术治疗PDR患者的效果显著,可能与改善机体RBP4及炎症因子水平有关。

Objective To explore the effect of intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with surgical treatment on the levels of RBP4,IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methods A total of 60 cases(73 eyes)of PDR patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Among them,the control group were given vitrectomy for treatment,and the study group were assisted with intravitreal injection of conbercept for treatment.The visual acuity level,operation time,electrocoagulation hemostasis rate,serum IL-6,TNF-α,RBP4 levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the visual acuity level of both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the study group was better;meanwhile,the operation time and electrocoagulation hemostasis rate in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);serum Il-6,TNF-αand RBP4 levels in both groups decreased significantly,and the levels in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intravitreal injection conbercept combined with operation on PDR patients was significant,which may be related to improving the level of RBP4 and inflammatory factors in the body.
