冲击波联合隔药饼电子灸治疗血瘀型盘源性下腰痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Shockwave Combined with Medicinal Cake-separated Electronic Moxibustion in the Treatment of Blood Stasis Type Discogenic Low Back Pain

目的:观察冲击波联合隔药饼电子灸治疗血瘀型盘源性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年3月治疗的血瘀型盘源性下腰痛患者50例,按随机数字表法分为冲击波组(25例)和联合治疗组(25例),分别采用冲击波和冲击波联合隔药饼电子灸治疗。治疗前、治疗4次及8次后记录并对比分析两组间VAS评分、JOA评分、ODI评分差异及临床疗效。结果:两组患者性别、年龄、病程比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前VAS评分、JOA评分及ODI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗4次及8次后与同组治疗前各评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4次及8次后,联合治疗组各评分优于冲击波组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者末次随访的疗效比较,联合治疗组治疗效果为优的要多于冲击波组,但两组患者末次随访的疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冲击波联合隔药饼电子灸治疗血瘀型盘源性下腰痛可缓解腰部疼痛,改善腰椎活动功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of shockwave combined with medicinal cake-separated electronic moxibustion in the treatment of blood stasis type discogenic.Methods:50patients with blood stasis type discogenic low back pain were selected in Jiangnan Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to March 2019,who were divided into shockwave group(25cases)and combined treatment group(25cases)according to the random number table method.Shockwave and shockwave combined with medicinal cake-separated electronic moxibustion were respectively treated.The VAS score,JOA score,ODI score and clinical efficacy were recorded and compared between the two groups at the time of pre-treatment,4times and 8times after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in gender,age and course between the two groups(P>0.05),and the VAS score,JOA score and ODI score between the two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).After 4and 8times of treatment,the scores of the two groups were statistically significant compared with those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison of the efficacy of the last follow-up between the two groups showed that the combined treatment group had better therapeutic effect than the shockwave group,but there was no statistical difference in the efficacy of the last follow-up between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shockwave combined with medicinal cake-separated electronic moxibustion can effectively relieve the lower back pain caused by blood stasis type discogenic,and improve the lumbar activity function and the quality of life of patients.
