摘要
通过改变热应力仪的拉伸倍数、拉伸温度、拉伸速度、测试长度和预加张力,测试了3种不同规格的涤纶预取向丝的动态热应力值,分析了不同变量对涤纶预取向丝动态热应力测试结果的影响。试验结果表明:在同等测试条件下,相对稳定的涤纶预取向丝的动态热应力随着拉伸倍数、拉伸速度和预加张力的增加而变大,随着拉伸温度的升高而变小,受测试长度的影响可以忽略不计。
By changing the drawing ratio,drawing temperature,drawing speed,test length and pretension of the thermal stress meter,the dynamic thermal stress values of three different specifications of the polyester(PET)pre-oriented yarns(POY)were tested.The results show that the dynamic thermal stress of the relatively stable PET POY increases with the increase of drawing ratio,drawing speed and pretension,and decreases with the increase of drawing temperature under the same test conditions.And the influence of the test length can be ignored.
