摘要
针对间位芳纶舒适性差的问题,从纱线粗细、经纬密度、织物紧度和组织结构等因素出发,以正交法设计织物结构参数,测试织物的透湿性、透气性、毛细效应、保暖性、刚柔性等,并采用单层次模糊综合评价法进行综合评定。结果表明:所有织物的透湿量满足阻燃防护服用织物国家标准要求;随着纱线线密度和织物紧度提升,织物舒适性下降;线密度为19.8 tex×2、纬密为195根/10 cm的相关织物导湿性最为良好;平纹织物保暖性最优。单层次模糊综合评价法的综合舒适性评价结果为:缎纹织物的整体舒适性最好,斜纹其次,平纹最差。
Based on the factors of yarn thickness,warp and weft density,fabric compactness and structure,the parameters of fabric structure were designed by orthogonal method.The results show that the moisture permeability of all fabrics meets the requirements of the national standard of flame-retardant protective clothing fabric;with the increase of yarn density and fabric tightness,the comfort of fabrics decreases;the moisture conductivity of related fabrics with linear density of 19.8 tex×2 and weft density of 195/10 cm is the best;and the warmth retention of plain fabrics is best.The results of comprehensive comfort evaluation using single-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are as follows:the overall comfort of satin faabric is the best,twill is the second,and plain weave is the worst.
